The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation headquarters in Palo Alto, California was improved to include the enhancement of employee and visitor outdoor areas for meetings and dining. In keeping with the foundation’s core values, the site improvements include sustainable design elements including rainwater collection, drought resistant landscaping and the use of recycled or sustainable building materials.
